Test center policies
We ask that you arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. Please be prepared to show two (2) valid forms of personal identification (ID).
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be refused admission and exam fees may be forfeited. No personal items may be taken into the testing room; this includes all bags, printed materials, notes, phones, watches, wallets and any electronic devices.
If you wish to reschedule your exam, you may do so online up until three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling fewer than three days prior to your appointment may result in forfeiting your exam fee.
If you wish to cancel your exam, you may do so online up until three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment. No refund of exam fees paid will be made if an exam is canceled fewer than three days prior to your exam appointment or if you do not appear for the appointment.
If you wish to retake the exam, you may do so once a score report has been generated for the most-recent E^Pro™ exam you have taken. Score reports are generated within five business days of exam completion. You may check the status of your score report by logging into your E^Pro™ account.
At the time you schedule your exam, you will be presented with two policies that read as follows:
I accept the terms and conditions of the English for Professionals Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) including recognition that all content is protected intellectual property and disclosure of any kind will impact my candidacy for certification and possibly result in legal prosecution. View E^Pro™ policy details: http://www.eproexam.com/policies.asp
I consent to the collection, use, transfer, and storage of my personal data to Pearson VUE, its authorized third parties and fulfillment vendors, or any entity providing funding for my exam. I also authorize my data to be compiled with all other candidate data for publication of aggregate candidate statistical reports. http://www.eproexam.com/policies.asp
